Cancellation fees

The exclusion of the 14-day cancellation ‘The right of withdrawal according to § 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the general terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel industry apply.

Cancellation and travel interruption protection

If something comes up despite all the holiday fun, it’s good to be prepared. To avoid costs and hassle in the event of cancellation or early departure, but also for more security during your holiday in Austria, we recommend taking out Hotel Cancellation Plus or the even more comprehensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance (incl. accident benefit package), which you can conveniently take out online as an option in our offer.

Without exception and exclusively, contracts shall be concluded only in accordance with the provisions of the AGBH, with the proviso that a cancellation fee resulting in accordance with the provisions of the AGBH shall only represent an agreed lump-sum minimum amount and the assertion of higher damages in excess thereof by the Proprietor shall therefore not be affected thereby and shall remain unrestrictedly possible and, in the event of a cancellation, any deposit paid shall not be deemed to be a partial payment, but shall rather be settled on a cancellation fee resulting in accordance with the provisions of the AGBH.
