The apartments
Three apartments, that are made for your perfect holiday. The flats are furnished for 2-4 people and an extra bed for a fifth person can be added on request. The sauna, sanarium & steam bath in the Belvedere can be used.
A ski depot is available for free and there is also a garage for motorcycles and bikes. Parking facilities are available directly at the accommodation. If you travel by electric car there is an e-charging station for your use.
Pets are also welcome, but we kindly ask for advanced notice!

In the Apartment I, holiday feeling can be found on 60 m² and a southwards-oriented garden with terrace.

Apartment II

In the apartment II, you can spread yourself out on approx. 60 m² and an extensive balcony. In the apartment you’ll find a kitchen-cum-living room, two double rooms and pleasant living comfort.
Towards the east, the balcony has a wonderful view over the Paznaun valley and its mountains, towards the south, you look out over untouched valleys and mountains.

In the summer months, the rates for the SilvrettaCard Premium apply in addition to the apartment price:

All prices are per day and flat incl. 10% VAT. (as of 1st of November 2018). All prices are “from-prices”. Subject to alterations.
- Final cleaning per flat € 60,- in accordance with common conditions
- We accept cash, cash card and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard)
- All prices excl. local tax of € 3,20, no local tax is charged for children up to the age of 15.
- The deposit period is free of charge when booking 7 days.
In case of cancellation from the time of booking, 10% processing fee of the total amount is payable in any case. Otherwise the general terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel industry apply.
Without exception and exclusively, contracts shall be concluded only in accordance with the provisions of the AGBH, with the proviso that a cancellation fee resulting in accordance with the provisions of the AGBH shall only represent an agreed lump-sum minimum amount and the assertion of higher damages in excess thereof by the Proprietor shall therefore not be affected thereby and shall remain unrestrictedly possible and, in the event of a cancellation, any deposit paid shall not be deemed to be a partial payment, but shall rather be settled on a cancellation fee resulting in accordance with the provisions of the AGBH.

As a guest of our house you enjoy free admission to the indoor swimming pool Galtür, which is only 30 meters away.
With your guest card you can visit the indoor pool during opening hours.
